bat365 provides machine training on all its equipment, but with our larger machines we will in-field train customers to assure they have the most in-depth knowledge of their machine. bat365 Machine has been perfecting insulation equipment for more than 60 years. We test all of our models with all types of insulations down to producing facilities to assure that our equipment maximizes your insulation spend. We calibrate our equipment to assure your productivity and will train your crews to maximize your profit on each project. Our Training Team is available for on-site training or if you chose, at our facility where we have a full mock-up application area.
bat365 Machines knows that for every minute an insulation’s contractor equipment is not working to its fullest capacity, it reduces your bottom line profit….that is why bat365 has a Technical Support Team to take your calls to help you get your equipment back up and running as fast as possible. We also offer Overnight Delivery for parts you may need to do your own repairs. We continue to grow our Certified Service Provider network to give you more than one choice for quick repairs.
All bat365 Machine equipment carries warranty based on which product you choose, but regardless of the age or type of equipment our Production Service Department can repair your machines and have them running like new. For more than 60 years bat365 has been producing, improving and repairing insulation equipment, our Service Team can repair any machine …even our competition. bat365’s main focus is to assure that our Insulation Contractor customers are exceeding their earning power with well-functioning and productive equipment.
Repairs can be done at our facility in Delphos (customer pays shipping) or on-site depending on the equipment. Our Service Team will do a full hour diagnostic review of the equipment for a nominal fee of $75, and if you choose to proceed with the repair that cost will be deducted from the labor hour charge. Once diagnostics is complete you will receive a full written service required, along with estimated hours to complete and we will follow up with a personal phone call to assure you understand the quote completely.
